Our trip to Ghana was rained out the day we were scheduled to leave SLC so we had to get a hotel and stay over night by the airport. The next day was clear so we were able to get to NYC and catch our flight to Ghana. It was 10.5 hours but it seemed to go pretty fast. The mission president picked us up and took us to the mission home for the first night and then we moved to the apartments right next to the temple. We went to the temple the next night and that was nice. Nice to be the only 2 white people in there. They have a very pretty temple.
We took some pictures of some of the street venders but they didn't like us to take their
picture and not pay them for it.
They carry everything on their heads from 10 gallons of water to small trees and it never falls off.
